Once upon a time, in Nottingham, England, there lived a snail named Jeremy, with a very peculiar physiology, looking for love. A tale ripe for a musical adaptation, yes? Well, I thought so, as did BBC Radio Nottingham, NPR, and the New York Times! You can read about Jeremy and my song here, at npr.org

I am so grateful to have gotten the opportunity to adapt and write lyrics for Shrew'd!, a world premiere adaptation of The Taming of the Shrew performed at First Folio Theatre in the summer of 2018. Lyrics are by David Rice and myself, with music by Christopher Kriz, directed by Johanna McKenzie Miller, choreographed by Ericka Mac, and featuring Emma Rosenthal and Tony Carter as Bianca and Lucentio.
